Each cell is one waking hour. Drag across cells to paint a stretch — touching hours of the same colour merge into one block. Starting a drag on an hour that already matches the selected colour erases instead. Sleep is fixed and shown compressed at both ends; school / camp hours are pre-filled Mon–Fri — erase them to make it a PED day. The ⇄ AM and ⇄ PM circles either side of each day are the transfers — who physically moves Theo, at most twice a day.
